M. Cookies
Our website uses cookies. A cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that is sent by a web server to a web browser and stored by the browser. The identifier is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. Cookies may be either “persistent” or “session” cookies: a persistent cookie is stored by the browser and remains valid until its set expiry date, unless deleted by the user before that date; a session cookie, on the other hand, expires at the end of the user session, when the browser is closed. Cookies do not typically contain any information that personally identifies a user, but the personal information that we store about you may be linked to the information stored in and obtained from cookies. We use both session cookies and persistent cookies on our website.
- The names of the cookies we use on our website and the purposes for which they are used are described below:

- Most browsers allow you to refuse or accept cookies. For example:
- In Internet Explorer (version 10), you can block cookies using the cookie handling override settings available by clicking “Tools”, “Internet Options”, “Privacy”, then “Advanced”;
- In Firefox (version 24), you can block all cookies by clicking “Tools”, “Options”, “Privacy”, then selecting “Use custom settings for history” from the drop-down menu and unchecking “Accept cookies from sites”; and

Blocking all cookies will have a negative impact upon the usability of many websites. If you block cookies, you will not be able to use all the features on our website.

N. Integration with Google Services
As part of managing our bookings, we use the following Google APIs through the business owner’s professional account:
- Google Contacts: a contact entry is created with the guest’s name, phone number and email after booking confirmation, to identify incoming calls.
- Google Calendar: a calendar event is created with the stay dates, villa name and guest details for occupancy management.
- Google Sheets: confirmed payments are logged and daily operational sheets are generated for on-site staff.
- Google Drive: secure storage of identity documents (passport, driving license) submitted through the pre-arrival form.
This data is processed exclusively through the business owner’s professional Google account. No guest Google accounts are involved. Our use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification and deletion by contacting us at the address indicated above.
