Located in Midoun, in the Tezdaine neighbourhood, about ten minutes from the town centre and Sidi Yati beach, Villa Diamant offers a peaceful and secluded setting, designed for family holidays or getaways with loved ones.
This single-storey villa covers 180 m² of living space, set within a 700 m² plot, in a style that blends contemporary design with local architectural inspiration. It features four bedrooms — two with en-suite bathroom and private WC — a large, bright living room with an open-plan kitchen, a utility room, and an additional independent bathroom and WC.
The villa accommodates up to 8 guests, with the option of extra beds upon request.
Outdoors and relaxation
You have access to an 8 × 5 m infinity pool with complete privacy, featuring a built-in four-seat jacuzzi with massage jets and whirlpool.

The atmosphere is warm, comfortable, and welcoming, and every detail reflects the care and professionalism of the staff, who were truly outstanding throughout the entire stay. A place where you feel truly at ease and can fully enjoy every moment.

Villa Diamant est spacieuse, avec piscine et jacuzzi sans vis-à-vis, parfaite pour se détendre ! J’ai aimé découvrir la chambre annexe, un coin cosy très agréable. L’ambiance est chaleureuse, confortable et accueillante, et chaque détail reflète l’attention et le professionnalisme du staff, qui a été vraiment au top tout au long du séjour. Un endroit où l’on se sent vraiment bien et profite pleinement de chaque instant.

Our only regret was having to leave.

Notre séjour en famille dans la villa Le Diamant nous a plongés dans une bulle de calme, de sérénité et de détente, qui offre à la fois confort et espace, dans un cadre résolument élégant et dans le plus grand respect de l’éthique Islamique, tout en profitant de la beauté de l'île de Djerba et de ses nombreuses excursions.
Nous n'avions qu'un seul regret, c'était de repartir.

I visited this villa with a pool and everything was perfect. The rooms are comfortable, the interior is well maintained, and the pool with no overlooking is a real bonus. The setting is Islamic, calm, and ideal for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend it!

We immediately felt right at home. Everything has been cleverly thought out Allahi barik.
Regarding the house:
Each room is equipped with air conditioning/heating, the kitchen is superbly equipped mashallah (both in terms of appliances and tableware), the laundry room is a real plus (washing machine, ironing supplies, etc.)
Special mention for the master suite, its walk-in closet, and its starlit ceiling tabarakAllah.
Regarding the garden:
The children loved spending time in the sandbox as well as the paddling pool.
The jacuzzi and infinity pool are sublime Allahoumma barik.
The prayer room and outdoor toilets mean you don't have to go inside and get everything wet.
We recommend 100% and hope to have the pleasure of returning inshallah.

Nous nous sommes tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Tout a été astucieusement pensé Allahi barik.
Pour ce qui est de la maison:
Chaque chambre est équipée d'une clim/chauffage, la cuisine est super bien équipée mashallah (aussi bien en terme d'electromenagers que de vaisselle), la buanderie est un vrai plus (machine a laver, nécessaire de repassage etc.)
Mention spéciale pour la suite parentale, son dressing et son plafond étoilé tabarakAllah.
Pour ce qui est du jardin:
Les enfants ont adoré passer du tps ds le bac à sable ainsi que la patogeoire.
Le jacuzzi et la piscine débordante sont sublimes Allahoumma barik.
La moussala et les WC à l'extérieur permette de ne pas avoir à rentrer et tout mouiller dans la maison.
Nous recommandons à 100% et espèrons avoir le plaisir de revenir inshallah.

I promise you, this villa is incredible.
With a heated basin, quad rental 5 minutes away, the beach 5 minutes away, restaurants 5 minutes away, and an incredible bakery 3 minutes away.
I had an amazing holiday there + a jacuzzi with great bubbles, and the terrace is so relaxing.

Je vous promets que cette villa est incroyable.
Avec bassin chauffant, location de quad à 5m, plage à 5mn, restau à 5mn, incroyable boulangerie à 3mn.
J'ai passé de superbe vacances là bas + un jacuzzi avec super bulles, la terrasse est reposante.

A lovely setting for a family getaway. Close to many activities in the tourist area (scuba diving is a must ^^). The villa is spacious and offers everyone a very comfortable living space. A beautiful brand-new pool that is well equipped.

Agréable séjour passé à cette demeure cadre magnifique calme sans vis à vis verdoyant, on trouve le confort les chambres décorées avec goût la propreté, on a tous bien profité de la piscine et surtout de son jacuzzi c’était génial, les enfants se sont bien amusés avec les jeux d’extérieur et même les grands?, merci parce que vous avez pensé au personnes qui possède des fauteuils roulant. A perfect family stay — the pool with jacuzzi was amazing and the entire villa is air-conditioned. There is absolutely no overlooking from neighbors, everything is brand new so the comfort is definitely there!
