Located in Midoun, in the Tezdaine neighbourhood, about ten minutes from the town centre and Sidi Yati beach, Villa Opale offers a peaceful and refined setting, ideal for family holidays or getaways with friends.
This single-storey villa covers 144 m² of living space, set within a 419 m² plot, in a bohemian-chic style blending stone and natural materials. It features two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large, bright living room with an open-plan kitchen.
The villa accommodates up to 5 guests, with the option of two extra beds upon request.
Outdoors and relaxation
The outdoor areas have been designed to make the most of the peaceful surroundings and shared moments, with complete privacy.
You have access to a 10.6 × 4 m pool with an original design, overlooked by a suspended swing, creating a space that is both playful and delightful.
The garden also includes:
- a swing for the little ones and a sandpit,
- a natural lawn providing freshness and greenery,
- an outdoor shower and toilet,
- an outdoor dining area,
- a garden lounge,
- a barbecue,
- outdoor games (water games, pétanque, archery, inflatable pool toys).
Amenities and comfort
Villa Opale is fully equipped, both indoors and outdoors. Everything is provided so you can enjoy the property hassle-free, in complete independence.
The kitchen includes a combined oven/microwave, a 2-burner gas hob, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and a mixer/blender.
You also benefit from:
- a private car park accommodating up to four vehicles,
- free unlimited Wi-Fi.
Group stays
Villa Opale connects to Villa Jade through a private door, available for group bookings upon request.

The villa is located in Midoun, in the Tezdaine neighbourhood, just a few minutes from shops, the town centre, and the beach:
- 10 minutes from Carrefour Market Midoun
- 10 minutes from Midoun town centre
- 15 minutes from Bourgo Mall (Géant)
- 6 minutes from Sidi Yati beach
Having a vehicle is recommended to make the most of your stay.

We had a great stay in this villa! Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the cleanliness of the place. The villa is very pleasant, well maintained and matches the photos perfectly. The place is quiet and ideal for spending a good vacation with family or friends.
The owners are also very kind, available and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay and we will come back with great pleasure! I recommend 100% 😊

As-salamu 'alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh, I already loved Diamant, but Opale is a true gem! The place is intimate and peaceful, tastefully decorated, with all the comfort you need. You feel as though time stands still... and before you know it, it's already time to head home!
We had the chance to go horseback riding at sunset, facing the sea: a pure moment of bliss, perfectly organized by E.Village. Thank you to them, because they truly put their heart into satisfying their guests, and that makes all the difference.

J’aimais déjà Diamant, mais Opale est un vrai coup de cœur ! l’endroit est intimiste et paisible, décoré avec goût et tout le confort nécessaire y est réuni.On a l’impression que le temps s’arrête… qu’on se dit déjà qu’il est temps de rentrer !
Nous avons eu l’occasion de faire une balade à cheval au coucher du soleil, face à la mer : un pur moment de bonheur, parfaitement organisé par E.Village. Merci à eux, car ils mettent vraiment tout leur cœur à satisfaire leurs clients, et cela fait toute la différence.

The decor is both elegant and soothing. The pool is impeccable — always clean and well maintained every morning. Beautiful, well-designed terrace. The villa is very well equipped, comfortable and enjoyable to live in, with Yeti 2 beach nearby. Everything was in place for a wonderful family moment.
