Located in Midoun, in the Tezdaine neighbourhood, about ten minutes from the town centre and the renowned Sidi Yati beach, Villa Saphir offers a peaceful and secluded setting, ideal for family holidays or getaways with loved ones.
This single-storey villa covers 152 m² of living space, set within a 627 m² plot, in a contemporary style with clean lines. It features three bedrooms — one with an en-suite bathroom — a large, bright living room with an open-plan kitchen, and an additional shared bathroom.
The villa accommodates up to 6 guests, with the option of two extra beds upon request.
Outdoors and relaxation
The outdoor areas allow you to fully enjoy the peaceful surroundings and shared moments, with complete privacy.
You have access to a 12 × 3 m lap pool, perfect for swimming and cooling off, as well as a hot tub that also serves as a paddling pool for younger children.
The terrace features a water wall with lighting effects, creating a soothing atmosphere at the end of the day.

This summer in August, we were lucky enough to come on holiday to Djerba Ethic Village.
We are immensely grateful to Ahmed for his invaluable help. At short notice and for the very same day, he agreed to rent to us as a favor, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish.
The villas were impeccably clean, the housekeeping flawless, and we especially appreciated the concierge's help: always available, discreet, efficient, and caring. Every morning, a gourmet breakfast awaited us at the door, and upon our arrival, a complete and delicious meal was offered to us — a gesture that deeply touched us.
We had the chance to stay in two different villas, Saphir and Jade: both were sublime, well equipped, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. A paradise on earth! You can tell that everything is designed with the travelers' well-being in mind. Prayer mats provided, Quran, small religious books for children.
We wholeheartedly recommend these private villas with no overlooking to anyone seeking comfort, discretion, and a warm welcome.

Cette été en août nous avons eu la chance de venir en vacances à Djerba Ethic village.
Nous remercions infiniment Ahmed pour son aide précieuse. En urgence et pour le jour même il a accepté de nous louer afin de nous rendre service, et tout a été absolument parfait du début à la fin.
Les villas étaient d’une propreté irréprochable, le ménage impeccable, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’aide du concierge : toujours disponible, discret, efficace et bienveillant. Chaque matin, un petit-déjeuner gourmand nous attendait devant la porte, et à notre arrivée, un repas complet et délicieux nous a été offert, une attention qui nous a profondément touchés.
Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans deux villas différentes, la Saphir et la Jade : toutes deux sublimes, bien équipées, confortables et parfaitement entretenues. Un paradis sur terre! On sent que tout est pensé pour le bien-être des voyageurs. Tapis de prière à disposition, Coran, petits livres religieux pour enfants.
Nous recommandons vivement ces villas sans vis à vis à tous ceux qui recherchent confort, discrétion et un accueil chaleureux.
Qu’Allah bénisse le propriétaire, mette la baraka dans ses affaires et fructifie son commerce.

Magnificent villa, very clean, large pool and jacuzzi — top-notch. Superbly equipped kitchen. Very quiet location.
I want to especially thank Ali, the concierge. Also thank you to Khaled, the client manager, who was always there to advise us and responded to every service request we made.

Plenty of activities to do — carriage rides, quads...
The children, just like us, had a magnificent stay. It's a shame that for the last two days we had no internet connection, but that didn't spoil our stay at all.

Villa magnifique, très propre, grande piscine et jacuzzi au top. Cuisine super équipé. Endroit très calme.
Je tenais à remercier Ali le concierge. Merci aussi à Khaled le chargé de clientèle qui était toujours là pour nous conseiller et qui répondait présent pour le moindre service qu'on lui demandait.
Livraison de plat à la demande, des très bons restos au bord de la mer...
Beaucoup d'activité à faire, le tour de calèche, le quad...
Les enfants, tous comme nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Dommage que les deux derniers jours, nous n'avons plus de connexion internet, mais ça ne gâche en rien notre séjour.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Saphir. The house is magnificent and the staff are extremely kind. The atmosphere is peaceful — a perfect setting for resting and enjoying time with family. The pool is incredible — we miss it already.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la villa saphir. La maison est magnifique et le personnel est extrêmement gentil. L’atmosphère est paisible, un cadre parfait pour se reposer et profiter en famille. La piscine est incroyable, elle nous manque déjà.
Nous avons été bien accueilli et bien conseillés. Les plats étaient délicieux, nous nous sommes régalés.
La seule chose qui nous a manqué était la connexion internet.

I visited this villa with a pool and everything was perfect. The rooms are comfortable, the interior is well maintained, and the pool with no overlooking is a real bonus. The setting is Islamic, calm, and ideal for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend it!
J'ai visité cette villa avec piscine et tout était parfait. Les chambres sont confortables, l'intérieur bien entretenu, et la piscine sans vis-à-vis est un vrai plus. Le cadre est islamique, calme et idéal pour un séjour relaxant. Je recommande vivement !
An exceptional and unforgettable stay! The advance organization with the owner was very straightforward — I was very well informed and the customer service is truly top-notch. After the airport transfer directly to the villa: nothing to fault. Exactly like the photos. The villa is magnificent, the pool is huge, and the little jacuzzi is amazing. Having breakfast in this setting is so relaxing. I opted for half-board to enjoy it to the fullest Alhamdoullilah. Khaled, the client manager, is super friendly and very available. I truly recommend it 10000%. There are plenty of activities nearby: camel rides, horse rides, carriage tours, the crocodile farm, quads, and more — something for everyone, young and old. And let's not forget the restaurants: the client manager recommended a grilled fish restaurant by the sea that was absolutely delicious. I definitely plan to come back very soon inshALLAH :)
Un séjour exceptionnel et inoubliable ! L'organisation en amont avec le propriétaire a été très simple, j'ai été très bien renseignée et le service client est vraiment top. Après le transfert de l'aéroport directement à la villa : rien à dire. Exactement comme sur les photos. La villa est magnifique, la piscine est immense et le petit jacuzzi est au top. Prendre le petit déjeuner dans ce cadre est si relaxant. J'ai pris une demi pension pour profiter au maximum Alhamdoullilah. Khaled le chargé de clientèle est hyper sympa et très disponible. Vraiment je recommande a 10000%. Il y a plein d'activités à faire autour : balade en chameau, à cheval, tour de calèche, ferme aux crocodiles, quads, etc... De quoi satisfaire petits et grands. Sans oublier les restaurants : Le chargé de clientèle m'a indiqué un restaurant de poissons grillés en bord de mer absolument délicieux. Je compte bien y revenir très bientôt inshALLAH :)
We booked Villa Saphir at the end of September for a week and it was simply relaxing and very peaceful. The villa is magnificent, the pool is large enough for swimming, playing, and doing laps. We really loved sitting on the swing in the evening with all the lights that make the place soothing and beautiful.

Nous avons reservé la villa saphir fin septembre pour 1 semaine et c'etais juste reposant très calme. La villa est magnifique, la piscine grande pour se baigner, jouer et faire des longueurs. On a vraiment aimé se poser le soir sur la balançoire avec toute les lumières qui rendent le lieu apaisant et magnifique.
Le service que nous propose ethik village est de qualité, ils sont disponible la moindre question ils y repondent et font tous pour nous faire passer de superbe vavance. Merci a ikram, sili le gardien et au monsieur avec qui ont etais en relation sur whatsapp.
Et pour finir les plats qu'ils propose sont excellent.

It was absolutely amazing. The children's games, the pool, and my personal favorite — the swing seat in the evening with a good book by the pool!
The owner is attentive, Ikram is super kind, and a special mention to the pool technician who was incredibly helpful!

We spent 10 dream-like days in this villa where we had everything at our disposal. We were very warmly welcomed with a magnificent couscous and people who made sure we had the best possible experience. The rental car offered at a very affordable price, along with the home-delivered meal service, was a real asset. This is a villa I recommend without hesitation.

Ethic Village Djerba has made luxury accessible to everyone. The villa finishes and decor are truly top-notch. Everything has been thought of and equipped so that nothing is missing.
All it takes is a phone call to Ikram to order local food or request a taxi.
The 12-meter pool with its slide and little jacuzzi are really classy.
The beach is 5 minutes away by car.

Nous avons loué la villa Saphir au mois de juin.
Ethic Village Djerba a mis le haut de gamme à la portée de tous. Les finitions des villas et la déco sont vraiment top. Tout a été pensé et équipé pour qu il ne manque rien.
Il suffit de passer un coup de fil à Ikram pour commander à manger local ou demander un taxi.
La piscine de 12 mètres avec son toboggan et son petit jacuzzi sont vraiment classe.
La plage est à 5mn en voiture.
On reviendra vite InchaAllah.
