A private villa gives you the space; six integrated services turn it into a residence. The evening you arrive, a meal is already waiting on the table. The next morning, coffee and warm bread are there too. The airport transfer was arranged in advance, the baby cot is set up, the rental car is delivered to the villa if you asked for one. Everything else is up to you — half-board or not, a Sahara excursion or pool-side downtime, electric bikes or pétanque in the garden. A human team knows your file; you know who to call for what.

The welcome meal, daily breakfast, family games, beach equipment and outdoor cinema projector are complimentary. The other services (transfers, car rental, excursions, half-board, grocery shopping, baby kit) are à la carte, with no commitment.
Do services need to be booked before arrival?
Recommended for the airport transfer, car rental and baby kit — booking these in the pre-arrival flow guarantees availability and unlocks a discount coupon. Everything else can be ordered on-site via the guest portal.
Is the kitchen halal?
Yes. Every meal prepared at the villa is halal, alcohol-free and pork-free — at no extra cost. This ethical framework is part of what Ethic Village Djerba stands for.
How does the guest portal work during the stay?
A multilingual portal accessible from your phone gathers your services, your spending, the WiFi as a QR code and a link to share with your co-travellers. No app to install.
Are the services available for multi-villa or group stays?
Yes. For extended families and trips between friends, the team coordinates several villas in parallel — same team, same portal, grouped billing.
