Connecting Doors: Two Families, One Shared Space
Diamant and Saphir are linked by a private connecting door. Opale and Jade likewise. In practice, two families can move freely between their villas without stepping into the street — while each keeps their own bedroom, pool and privacy. It’s the ideal layout when several generations or several siblings travel together: meet for breakfast, split up for nap time, meet again in the evening.

Several generations together — grandparents, parents, children, cousins. Each family in their own villa with pool, but shared meals prepared by our cook (up to 31 covers). The elders keep their quiet, the children have their pool, and everyone meets for lunch under the pergola.

Each couple or group in their own villa, with the privacy of their own pool. Evenings together, around a meal on the terrace. Perfect for a birthday, a retirement celebration, or simply reuniting with friends you haven’t seen for too long.

What is the maximum capacity?
31 guests maximum (23 standard, 31 with extra beds in each villa).
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in the residence. With the exception of Minouche, the residence cat.
Are there noise restrictions?
Ethic Village Djerba is located in the residential neighbourhood of Tezdaine (The Palms in Berber), in Midoun. We respect our neighbours: no amplified music, no noisy parties. Serenity is part of the experience.
Is cleaning included?
Cleaning on arrival is included in each villa. Additional cleaning available on request (optional). See our FAQ for more details.
Can we organise a wedding?
No, Ethic Village Djerba does not host weddings or party events. The residence is designed for family rest, reunions with loved ones and quiet seminars. No amplified music, no DJ, out of respect for our neighbours.
