- All our villas are non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.
- Pets are allowed; however, dogs are not permitted inside the villas and must remain in the outdoor areas.
- Organising events during the rental period is prohibited unless explicit authorisation has been granted.
- Use of the jacuzzi and pool requires the constant presence of at least one supervising adult at all times.
- Alcohol is strictly prohibited throughout the entire Ethic Village Djerba premises.
- Ethic Village Djerba is only accessible to married couples. Proof of marriage may be requested in accordance with Tunisian law.
- Any commercial activity within the Ethic Village Djerba premises is strictly prohibited unless explicit written authorisation has been granted by the owner.
- Any commercial production within the Ethic Village Djerba premises is strictly prohibited unless explicit written authorisation has been granted by the owner.
- Technicians are authorised to maintain the garden and pools before 7:00 AM outside the villas every day. They hold a duplicate key to the exterior gate of each villa but do not enter the villa itself unless the guest has given explicit permission.
Any breach of these rules may result in the termination of the rental agreement without any refund.
