We welcome couples who settle in for six, eight, or twelve weeks, from November through March.
A mild climate year-round. Djerba offers 15–22 °C (59–72 °F) in winter, over 300 days of sunshine per year, and manageable humidity. The island stays quiet in the off-season: empty beaches, open streets, and a slower pace.
Villas designed for simple, serene stays. All four of our villas are entirely single-story — no stairs, everything on one level. Wide hallways, bright rooms, fully equipped kitchens. You settle in as if at home, but under the sun and without logistical burden.
A secure, supported residence. A resident caretaker lives on-site with his family, 24 hours a day. A backup generator handles any power outages; a softened-water reserve avoids interruptions. You won’t face the inconveniences sometimes associated with multi-month stays in Tunisia.
Year-round heated pool — Villa Diamant. The only villa in the residence where you can enjoy the pool even in January, thanks to a dedicated heating system (extra charge). Fully secluded infinity pool, four-person jacuzzi, 700 m² garden.
Halal meals prepared on-site. If you would rather not cook, our team delivers breakfast, lunch, and dinner on request (at additional cost, standard breakfast included). Everything is prepared from local ingredients, in accordance with Islamic dietary guidelines.
A supported spiritual life. Two mosques within walking distance: Troujette (3 min) and Khalid Ibn Al Walid (5 min). Each villa has a prayer rug and a Qibla direction indicator. The residence is strictly alcohol-free, by house rules and without exception — suiting guests who wish to maintain their habits.
Stay connected with loved ones. Unlimited 5G Wi-Fi lets you video-call children and grandchildren every day, from anywhere in the villa, without interruptions.
Access to healthcare. Several medical practices and a private clinic are located in Houmt Souk, a twenty-minute drive away, with French-speaking doctors.
