What this villa offers
Located in Midoun, in the Tezdaine neighbourhood, about ten minutes from the town centre and Sidi Yati beach, Villa Diamant offers a peaceful and secluded setting, designed for family holidays or getaways with loved ones.
This single-storey villa covers 180 m² of living space, set within a 700 m² plot, in a style that blends contemporary design with local architectural inspiration. It features four bedrooms — two with en-suite bathroom and private WC — a large, bright living room with an open-plan kitchen, a utility room, and an additional independent bathroom and WC.
The villa accommodates up to 8 guests, with the option of extra beds upon request.
Outdoors and relaxation
You have access to an 8 × 5 m infinity pool with complete privacy, featuring a built-in four-seat jacuzzi with massage jets and whirlpool.

Villa Diamant is spacious, with a pool and jacuzzi with no overlooking — perfect for unwinding! I loved discovering the annex bedroom, a very cosy and pleasant little nook. The atmosphere is warm, comfortable, and welcoming, and every detail reflects the care and professionalism of the staff, who were truly outstanding throughout the entire stay. A place where you feel truly at ease and can fully enjoy every moment.

I visited this villa with a pool and everything was perfect. The rooms are comfortable, the interior is well maintained, and the pool with no overlooking is a real bonus. The setting is Islamic, calm, and ideal for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend it!

BARAKALLAHOU FIKOUM for this magnificent stay. We had an excellent week with the family wal hamdulillah kathiran.
We immediately felt right at home. Everything has been cleverly thought out Allahi barik.
Regarding the house:
Each room is equipped with air conditioning/heating, the kitchen is superbly equipped mashallah (both in terms of appliances and tableware), the laundry room is a real plus (washing machine, ironing supplies, etc.)
Special mention for the master suite, its walk-in closet, and its starlit ceiling tabarakAllah.
Regarding the garden:
The children loved spending time in the sandbox as well as the paddling pool.
The jacuzzi and infinity pool are sublime Allahoumma barik.
The prayer room and outdoor toilets mean you don't have to go inside and get everything wet.
We recommend 100% and hope to have the pleasure of returning inshallah.

This is an incredible villa, with a pool, terrace, and archery.

I promise you, this villa is incredible.
With a heated basin, quad rental 5 minutes away, the beach 5 minutes away, restaurants 5 minutes away, and an incredible bakery 3 minutes away.
I had an amazing holiday there + a jacuzzi with great bubbles, and the terrace is so relaxing.

A lovely setting for a family getaway. Close to many activities in the tourist area (scuba diving is a must ^^). The villa is spacious and offers everyone a very comfortable living space. A beautiful brand-new pool that is well equipped.
