Located in Midoun, in the Tezdaine neighbourhood, about ten minutes from the town centre and Sidi Yati beach, Villa Jade offers a peaceful and refined setting, perfect for family holidays or small group getaways.
This single-storey villa covers 135 m² of living space, set within a 400 m² plot, in a style inspired by natural materials and stone, creating a warm and soothing atmosphere. It features two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large, bright living room with an open-plan kitchen.
The villa accommodates up to 5 guests, with the option of two extra beds upon request.
Outdoors and relaxation
The outdoor areas have been designed to enjoy the peacefulness and shared moments with family or friends, with complete privacy.
You have access to an 8 × 3 m pool with an original design, overlooked by a swing, creating a space that is both playful and delightful for all ages.
The garden also includes:
- a swing for the little ones and a sandpit,
- a natural lawn providing freshness and greenery,
- an outdoor dining area,
- a garden lounge,
- a barbecue,
- outdoor games (water games, pétanque, archery, inflatable pool toys).

The kitchen includes a microwave, a 2-burner gas hob, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and a mixer/blender.

We had an excellent stay at Ethic Village Djerba with my husband and our 10-month-old daughter. The villa is very well arranged, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a family stay. The large pool is ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sun.
A huge thank you to Khalid and Ali for their warm welcome, availability, and professionalism. Their kindness and dedication to service truly made our stay memorable. We also greatly enjoyed the delicious local cuisine, which allowed us to discover the authentic flavors of Djerba.
