What this villa offers
Located in Midoun, in the Tezdaine neighbourhood, about ten minutes from the town centre and the renowned Sidi Yati beach, Villa Saphir offers a peaceful and secluded setting, ideal for family holidays or getaways with loved ones.
This single-storey villa covers 150 m² of living space, set within a 650 m² plot, in a contemporary style with clean lines. It features three bedrooms — one with an en-suite bathroom — a large, bright living room with an open-plan kitchen, and an additional shared bathroom.
The villa accommodates up to 6 guests, with the option of two extra beds upon request.
Outdoors and relaxation
The outdoor areas allow you to fully enjoy the peaceful surroundings and shared moments, with complete privacy.
You have access to a 12 × 3 m lap pool, perfect for swimming and cooling off, as well as a hot tub that also serves as a paddling pool for younger children.
The terrace features a water wall with lighting effects, creating a soothing atmosphere at the end of the day.
The garden also includes:
- a hot tub with waterfall,
- several swings and a slide, within a large sandpit,
- a basketball court,
- a fire pit, offering a convivial space overlooking the pool,
- a natural lawn surrounding the villa, providing freshness and greenery,
- a shaded pergola,
- an outdoor dining area,

- outdoor games (water games, pétanque, archery, pool toys).
Amenities and comfort
Villa Saphir is fully equipped, both indoors and outdoors. Everything is provided so you can settle in and enjoy the property hassle-free.
The kitchen includes a built-in electric oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and a mixer/blender.
You also benefit from:
- a secure private car park accommodating up to four vehicles,
- free unlimited Wi-Fi.

Villa Saphir connects to Villa Diamant through a private door, available for group bookings upon request.

This summer in August, we were lucky enough to come on holiday to Djerba Ethic Village.
We are immensely grateful to Ahmed for his invaluable help. At short notice and for the very same day, he agreed to rent to us as a favor, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish.
The villas were impeccably clean, the housekeeping flawless, and we especially appreciated the concierge's help: always available, discreet, efficient, and caring. Every morning, a gourmet breakfast awaited us at the door, and upon our arrival, a complete and delicious meal was offered to us — a gesture that deeply touched us.
We had the chance to stay in two different villas, Saphir and Jade: both were sublime, well equipped, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. A paradise on earth! You can tell that everything is designed with the travelers' well-being in mind. Prayer mats provided, Quran, small religious books for children.
We wholeheartedly recommend these private villas with no overlooking to anyone seeking comfort, discretion, and a warm welcome.

Magnificent villa, very clean, large pool and jacuzzi — top-notch. Superbly equipped kitchen. Very quiet location.
I want to especially thank Ali, the concierge. Also thank you to Khaled, the client manager, who was always there to advise us and responded to every service request we made.

Plenty of activities to do — carriage rides, quads...
The children, just like us, had a magnificent stay. It's a shame that for the last two days we had no internet connection, but that didn't spoil our stay at all.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Saphir. The house is magnificent and the staff are extremely kind. The atmosphere is peaceful — a perfect setting for resting and enjoying time with family. The pool is incredible — we miss it already.

I visited this villa with a pool and everything was perfect. The rooms are comfortable, the interior is well maintained, and the pool with no overlooking is a real bonus. The setting is Islamic, calm, and ideal for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend it!
An exceptional and unforgettable stay! The advance organization with the owner was very straightforward — I was very well informed and the customer service is truly top-notch. After the airport transfer directly to the villa: nothing to fault. Exactly like the photos. The villa is magnificent, the pool is huge, and the little jacuzzi is amazing. Having breakfast in this setting is so relaxing. I opted for half-board to enjoy it to the fullest Alhamdoullilah. Khaled, the client manager, is super friendly and very available. I truly recommend it 10000%. There are plenty of activities nearby: camel rides, horse rides, carriage tours, the crocodile farm, quads, and more — something for everyone, young and old. And let's not forget the restaurants: the client manager recommended a grilled fish restaurant by the sea that was absolutely delicious. I definitely plan to come back very soon inshALLAH :)
We booked Villa Saphir at the end of September for a week and it was simply relaxing and very peaceful. The villa is magnificent, the pool is large enough for swimming, playing, and doing laps. We really loved sitting on the swing in the evening with all the lights that make the place soothing and beautiful.

It was absolutely amazing. The children's games, the pool, and my personal favorite — the swing seat in the evening with a good book by the pool!
The owner is attentive, Ikram is super kind, and a special mention to the pool technician who was incredibly helpful!

We spent 10 dream-like days in this villa where we had everything at our disposal. We were very warmly welcomed with a magnificent couscous and people who made sure we had the best possible experience. The rental car offered at a very affordable price, along with the home-delivered meal service, was a real asset. This is a villa I recommend without hesitation.

Ethic Village Djerba has made luxury accessible to everyone. The villa finishes and decor are truly top-notch. Everything has been thought of and equipped so that nothing is missing.

The island of Djerba is incredible, with beaches nearby.
