Djerba in February means a quiet island and a whole villa just for the two of you. This year, the meals are taken care of too: following our November offer, half board stays free for two all winter, for any arrival between 1 December 2026 and 31 March 2027, except arrivals from 19 December 2026 to 3 January 2027.
The idea is the same as before. We add one meal a day, lunch or dinner, your choice, on top of the breakfast that is always offered. Villa Jade starts at €700 a week, and the meals we offer are worth €144 for a week for two. Young children are welcome.
The winter offer at a glance

The villa rates do not change. There is no discount and no crossed-out price: we simply add your meals. The offer applies to bookings made after its launch.

Weather: Djerba in February and the other winter months
Winter in Djerba is nothing like winter in Europe. The days stay bright, the evenings are cool, and when rain does come, it passes quickly. Here are the climate averages, month by month.

December and January: the heart of winter
December and January are Djerba’s coolest months. This is the time for walks in the midday sun and for exploring the island without the crowds, then heading back to the villa for the evening. Pack a jumper and a jacket for after dark.
February and March: longer days
In February, the days in Djerba grow lighter and the midday sun gets warmer week by week. March already feels like spring: a good month to walk out to the menzels, then come back and enjoy the villa garden.
The sea stays cool all winter. The pools at Villa Jade and Villa Opale are not heated. Villa Diamant is the only villa in the residence with a heated pool, so if swimming matters to you, that is the one to choose.

During Ramadan, dinner at iftar time
Ramadan 2027 falls in the middle of winter, from around 8 February to 9 March 2027, depending on the sighting of the crescent moon. The offer runs throughout the month: your half-board dinner is served at iftar time, delivered through your villa’s serving hatch.
What half board means here
At Ethic Village Djerba, half board means one meal a day, lunch or dinner, whichever you prefer. You choose the next day’s meal the evening before, by 8pm. Lunch is served between 11am and 3pm, dinner between 6pm and 10pm, at the delivery time you set.
Meals are prepared with fresh produce in the residence kitchen by our cook, a local chef who specialises in Tunisian cuisine. They reach you through your villa’s serving hatch: the meal comes in, nobody else does. On winter evenings, you dine at home.
Standard breakfast is offered with every stay, and a welcome meal is waiting for you on the day you arrive. Half board then takes over from the next day until the day before you leave. For a week for two, that is €144 worth of meals, offered.
From 21 nights: the long-stay offer takes over
Thinking of staying longer? From 21 nights, our winter long-stay offer applies instead: Villa Jade from €65 a night for 21 nights or more, and from €55 a night for 60 nights or more. The two offers cannot be combined: up to 20 nights, half board is offered; from 21 nights, the long-stay rate applies. Everything is explained on our long stay page.
The three villas in the offer
From December to March, it is low season at Ethic Village Djerba. For stays of 7 nights or more, Villa Jade is €100 a night, which means from €700 a week.
- Villa Jade: 144 m² on a 421 m² plot, 2 bedrooms, and an L-shaped 9.2 × 2.9 m pool that is not overlooked.
- Villa Opale: 144 m² on a 419 m² plot, 2 bedrooms, a 10.6 × 4 m pool that is not overlooked, with a sun shelf and a swing hanging above the water.
- Villa Diamant: 211 m² on a 639 m² plot, 4 bedrooms, an 8 × 5 m infinity pool that is not overlooked, a jacuzzi, and the only heated pool in the residence.
Personally, Opale is my favourite. If you want to swim this winter, though, Diamant is the better choice.
All the villas are on a single level. Cleaning on arrival and departure is offered.
A whole house for the two of you, in our residence
- A villa of your own, not a room in a shared building.
- A private pool that is not overlooked, enclosed by boundary walls 4 to 8 m high, lined with privacy screens.
- An alcohol-free residence, under our house rules, with no exceptions.
- Your meals delivered through the serving hatch, without anyone entering your villa.
- Free, unlimited Wi-Fi on two 5G routers from two different operators: if one drops out, the other takes over.
Winter for two, from Tezdaine
The villas are in Tezdaine, a district of Midoun whose name means “the palm trees” in Berber. Sidi Yati beach is 6 minutes away by car, Houmt Souk about 20 minutes and the airport 25 to 35 minutes. Troujette mosque is a 5-minute walk, and Khalid Ibn Al Walid mosque 10 minutes: close enough to walk there for the evening prayer, then come back to a warm dinner.
Winter is a good time to discover the island, a World Heritage site recognised for its pattern of settlement, its old mosques and its menzels (Djerba’s UNESCO World Heritage listing).
